Refinery Glitches Depress Oil
“There is plenty of crude around, but there’s not enough refinery capacity around to change it into product, said Raymond Carbone, a trader at Paramount Options in New York. He said the refinery problems caused weakness in the front-month May light, sweet crude contract on the New York Mercantile Exchange, which closed down 10 cents at $64.28 a barrel.
